Liberec
The city of Liberec with its one hundred thousands inhabitants belongs to the oldest, biggest and most important centres of North Bohemia. It is the natural administrative, cultural and industrial centre of the region. Liberec guide by its foul territory and services not only close surroundings. It’s influence reach over the borders of the region and also over the polish and Saxony boarders. The city is the centre of shopping opportunity of largely wide territory. Not only Czech tourists attend Liberec district but also foreigners and sportsmen. The city of Liberec will entertain and organize a World Championship of Winter Games in the year 2009. University town Liberec lies in the bay between Ještěd and Jizerské Mountain. The top of Ještěd measuring 1012 metres is garnished with modern steeple building structure, the winner of Parretova prize, projected by arch. Hubáček. This building became the dominating feature of the Liberec district and the character of Liberec patriotism. Liberec is a place where is nice to live!
MD philosophy
The philosophy of Multi Development is to strengthen the position of the inner city, dramatically improve the quality of urban environment in the city centre both for the people from Ústí and for visitors and tourists, complete and rebuilt the failed city structure, increase interest in the region, increase the importance of Liberec as a regional destination and improve image of the city. Development of the project Forum will create 400 - 600 new direct jobs.

MULTI DEVELOPMENT and PALACE CINEMAS have signed contracts for multiplex cinemas in three Multi projects in the Czech Republic
On May 7, 2009 Multi Development Czech Republic and the cinema operator Palace Cinemas have signed lease contracts for three newly planned multi-cinemas in Multi’s developments Forum Ústí nad Labem, Forum Liberec and Forum Nová Karolina in Ostrava.
